Wait...What? How RUDE of me! Give me a sec to introduce myself...

I'm Lisa!

​

I’m a mom of 5 (almost 6), sarcasm enthusiast, suicide survivor & mom podcaster. I’m also obsessed with eating ridiculous proportions of Mac n cheese, wearing unicorn activewear, & watching my kids destroy my house and seeing the HAPPY in ALL of it!

​

Under all this glittery gooey hot mess, I’m just a girl who really loves being a mom!  I just want all the happy moments with my kids and hubby that I can get. I want to be spoiled like that.

 

I turned a tiny spark from a random Tuesday night compliment that my hubby gave me about how I got so much done and was HAPPY in the chaos of my mom day into a business of helping others moms (like you) embrace all parts of your mom superpowers so you can shine bright a be that unicorn mom they know they are deep down inside.

 

Today I’ll teach you how to do the same so you can actually get more done in your chaotic day & be spoiled with happy moments too.

More about being Bouncy & Body Conscious...

You are all about the action!  You just want to get it done.  Crushing a busy day can be so satisfying for you.  & let’s talk about the energy you always have to attack whatever chaos life throws your way.  One thing is definite! You don’t have a lazy bone in your body.

But even though you are an action taker, sometimes you don’t know exactly where you are headed in life or why you are doing the things that you are doing in your life.  You can let your love of action take over before you know the Where to & Whys of your journey. 

 

Life’s journey is like a maze full of twists & turns……

​

Have you ever gone through a garden maze or a corn maze?  It a bit different than doing a maze on paper, right? 

But why is that? 

​

Well, you don’t see the path ahead when the maze walls are taller than you.  So you have to rely on other skills besides just running through the maze.  You have to think about where you are going & why the last turn you made got you stuck. 

​

So, where do you start? What's your first step?  You get that there is more to life than positive action taking, but you don't know what that actually looks like in life. 

​

The thing is there's more to you than your Body.  The trick is getting your Mind, Body & Spirit, all working together. 

 

Ask yourself why.  Why did you choose to clean the kitchen up before you finished up homework with the kids?  You had a reason, but maybe you need to be a bit more mindful of why you do things in the order that you do them. 

​

Be intentional.  Give yourself 10 minutes to just think about what you want out of life.  Get all those thoughts & ideas out of your head.  Write them down.  Voice clip it to yourself.  Just start the ball rolling to start focusing on a vision for your life. 

​

The trick to amping up your superpowers is to use your WHOLE body to let your Bouncy & Body Conscious Personality shine!

Your first step can be simple when you have the right formula. 

Just because I know a bit about you from your quiz results.  I'm not going to pretend I know everything about you.  I'm not that girl!  I promise!

I mean it's possible to be a Sassy & Spirit-Filled Night Owl or a Sassy & Spirit-Filled Early Bird!  I have no clue!  My quiz just isn't that cool or have that level of magical powers to it, lol......
