I’m a mom of 5 (almost 6), sarcasm enthusiast, suicide survivor & mom podcaster. I’m also obsessed with eating ridiculous proportions of Mac n cheese, wearing unicorn activewear, & watching my kids destroy my house and seeing the HAPPY in ALL of it!

Under all this glittery gooey hot mess, I’m just a girl who really loves being a mom! I just want all the happy moments with my kids and hubby that I can get. I want to be spoiled like that.
I turned a tiny spark from a random Tuesday night compliment that my hubby gave me about how I got so much done and was HAPPY in the chaos of my mom day into a business of helping others moms (like you) embrace all parts of your mom superpowers so you can shine bright a be that unicorn mom they know they are deep down inside.
Today I’ll teach you how to do the same so you can actually get more done in your chaotic day & be spoiled with happy moments too.
More about being Magnificent & Mindful...
You can roll with the punches even on your bad days. The constant chaos that mom life brings doesn’t cause a sweat for you like some of your other mom friends. You walk through live with a zen vibe that others admire. For you it’s all about keeping the calm in your mind & know that it’s all going to work out.

But even though you know it’s all going to work out, you tend to live so much in the moment that you often loose sight of what you want out of life. & when you don’t know what you want out of life, you struggle to find the right steps to work toward that life.

Putting the last piece in a puzzle can be so satisfying…..

Have you ever tried to put a 1,000 piece puzzle together without the lid to show you what the puzzle should look like?

You’re probably thinking that just sounds crazy! Who would do that?
​
Having that vision of where you are going when you set out to do a puzzle makes the work so much easier. It doesn’t mean that you won’t struggle a bit finding the right piece but at least you know where you are headed & you know you will get there one piece at a time.
So, where do you start? What's your first step? You get that there is more to life than a positive mindset, but you don't know what that actually looks like in life.

The thing is there's more to you than your Mind. The trick is getting your Mind, Body & Spirit, all working together.
Physically lay out your next day.
Pick out your outfit before you go to bed, or set your journal right next to the coffee pot. Do SOMETHING to start some physical momentum so you can begin taking steps towards you’re the life you want rather than the life you have.
Be intentional & give yourself 10 minutes to just think about what you want out of life. Get all those thoughts & ideas out of you. Write it down. Voice clip it to yourself. Just start the ball rolling to start focusing on a vision for you life.
The trick to amping up your superpowers is to use your WHOLE body to let your Magnificent & Mindful Personality shine!
